Personalised Antique Dove Bird Photo Locket

This beautiful Victorian inspired locket necklace features a sweet dove bird charm, which hangs with an antique gold brass locket. We can personalise this locket for you, using a carefully designed technique to transfer your photographs onto the metal of the pendant itself, for a really soft and unique vintage effect. Parts of your image will merge with the golden brass behind, creating a very beautiful, unusual and ethereal look. We can also engrave a name or message on the back of your locket.  

The locket measures 20mm (one inch) across and is made from solid brass. The chain is a chunky, carabiner style lock and can be worn at any length up to 24" long. Please refer to our illustration for a better idea of how various necklace lengths may look when worn.

In the Victorian era, the dove was a deeply layered symbol representing peace, love and purity. Frequently featured in jewellry, it signified harmonious relationships and marital bliss. When depicted with an olive branch, it specifically stood for hope and promise.
