Refund policy

If your order is not quite right for you, we are happy to accept returns providing your jewellery is in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in.   

Please contact a member of the team at hello@silkpursesowsear.com to arrange your return, and someone will be in touch within two working days with return details.  Returns should be posted within 21 days of receiving your order, and proof of postage should be retained.   Refunds will normally be issued within five working days of receipt. 

If there is any fault with your item, please contact us at the address above and we will send a replacement, or otherwise resolve things to your satisfaction, straight away.
