Our turnaround time for photo lockets is currently 3 working days after ordering. (Non-personalised jewellery is posted in 1 working day.)
After posting:
- 🇺🇸 USA: approx. 7–10 days
- 🇬🇧 UK: usually within 3 working days

Faster Shipping Upgrade
When placing your order you will be prompted to upload your images to our website. Upload them in the best resolution you have, and leave us any instruction notes you may have. We’ll take care of the rest. If you have any problems sending your photos, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
While we can work with nearly any image, we want your locket to look its best! If an image isn’t suitable, we’ll always let you know and give you the chance to send another.
Photos with a little background tend to work better — very tightly cropped faces may not display as well.
For our TINY lockets, please avoid group photos and stick to a maximum of two people per image.
No — you won’t! We take care of all customs duties and taxes for US customers.
Your order will arrive without any extra charges or customs delays. We’ve got everything covered to ensure a smooth delivery.
